Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 7 tbsp oil
  • 250 g quark
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and mix to form a dough. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, top with your desired toppings, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
