Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g coconut chips
- 300 ml coconut drink (rice-coconut drink), vegan
- 2 pears, ripe, approx. 300 g
- 50 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat, mild, vegan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Set aside a few coconut chips for garnish. Wash the pears, pat dry, remove the core, and cut into small pieces, including the skin. Add the pear pieces to the blender with the remaining ingredients and blend for 20 seconds. The coconut chips should then be completely chopped. Pour the drink into glasses, garnish with coconut chips, and serve immediately.
