Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 thick potatoes
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt
- 80 g Grana Padano

perfect as a barbecue side dish
The potatoes are peeled and the bottoms are cut straight. Then a slit is cut across the top. Next, the individual compartments are cut into the potato. I place the potato between two boards to prevent accidentally slicing through the potatoes—but with a bit of care, it’s fine. Then a baking dish is brushed with oil, the potatoes are brushed with rosemary oil, and placed in the oven at 200°C for 50 minutes. Then the grated cheese is sprinkled into the slit and baked for another 10 minutes.
