Farfalle with garlic – tuna sauce with corn

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 can of corn, approx. 100 g
  • 1 cup cream cheese with garlic
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chili flakes
  • Garlic granules
  • 200g farfalle

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. Peel and dice the onion and garlic, then sauté until translucent. Meanwhile, drain the tuna and corn. Then add the cream cheese to the onions, melt, and top up with about 150-200 ml of milk until it forms a creamy sauce. Add the tuna and corn, and season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and garlic granules.
