Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 150 g smoked bacon
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Dice the onion and bacon. Fry the bacon in a pan. Add the diced potatoes and fry gently for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Now add the diced onion and fry until lightly browned. Season the eggs with salt and pepper, whisk, pour over the potatoes, and let them set. Lettuce is best served with this.
