Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg white
  • 150 g quark, 40% fat
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 dashes sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then stir in the quark. Add the lemon juice and then the sweetener. Stir everything together again. The quark is intended to be consumed half an hour before bedtime to aid weight loss. It’s said to stimulate fat burning while you sleep. The quark also makes a great dessert; you can mix it with pieces of fruit or color it with a little edible paste. It’s a hit with guests and yet light and digestible.
