Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g kale
  • 100 g banana(s), frozen, sliced
  • 100 g pineapple, fresh
  • 180 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 10 g honey
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

First, thoroughly wash the kale leaves, remove the stems, and roughly chop the leaves. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and dice the flesh. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The smoothie will work best if you slice the bananas as ripe as possible, place them side by side in a bag, and freeze overnight! 496 kcal per serving.
