Favorite rolls / party rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of rolls, for baking 12 small or 8 large
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese, grated Emmental
  • 200 g cheese, (Gouda) diced
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • pepper, black
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the ham and Gouda into small cubes. Trim, wash, and finely chop the leek. Mix with sour cream and Emmental cheese in a bowl, season with pepper and a little Fondor, and spread on the halved rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. They’re perfect for parties because the mixture can be prepared well in advance.
