Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g lentils, red
- ½ tbsp fennel seeds
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 bulb(s) of fennel, approx. 200 g each
- 1 bunch of rocket
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook lentils according to package instructions. Wash fennel and thinly slice or grate. Fry bacon until crispy. Grind fennel seeds and place in a bowl with honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Now add the fennel, lentils, and bacon to the dressing and mix everything together.
