Ribbon noodle, pepper, and Landjäger salad with honey-mustard dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g tagliatelle pasta, weighed raw
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 Landjäger
  • 20 g vinegar
  • 30 g oil
  • 20 g mustard, hot
  • 30 g honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Combine all the dressing ingredients and set aside. Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions and then drain. Meanwhile, quarter the deseeded bell pepper lengthwise and cut into strips. Halve the Landjäger sausage lengthwise and cut into approximately 1/2-cm cubes. Combine all the ingredients and the dressing in a bowl and mix well. Let the salad stand for 30 minutes, then arrange and serve.
