Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 1 tangerine(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 halved walnuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fennel – raw with dressing

Wash the fennel and slice into thin strips, setting the cabbage aside. Arrange the fennel pieces on a plate. Squeeze the mandarin orange and mix the juice with olive oil (or walnut oil), seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the fennel and garnish with the walnut halves and the finely chopped cabbage.
