Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 60 g flour
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- n. B. Herbs such as thyme, oregano, optional
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Crumble the feta as finely as possible by hand, add the flour, water, and egg, and perhaps herbs or similar, and mix everything into a dough. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and form into a parcel about 1.5 cm thick. Bake on a contact grill (e.g., Optigrill) at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Cut the finished bread into pieces and drizzle with honey, if desired. Tip: Add some chili, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, etc., if desired.
