Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g green olives, pitted
- 2 shallots
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 40 ml olive oil
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Peel the cucumber, halve it, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into half rings. Slice the bell peppers. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Slice the shallots into rings. Combine all prepared ingredients with the olives in a bowl and mix lightly. Combine the vinegar, oil, oregano, garlic, and parsley to make a dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything lightly again.
