- ¼ bell pepper(s), red, cleaned
- 50 g carrot(s), roughly chopped
- 100 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp herbal salt

Drop the garlic, almonds, sunflower seeds, bell pepper, and carrots onto the rotating blade (speed 7). Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth using the spatula on speed 4. It tastes absolutely delicious—even our kids love it—and is a quick, easy, and healthy spread.
