Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp Ajvar, hot
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste or paprika paste
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • ½ tsp mint, dried
  • ½ tsp parsley, fresh, chopped or dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Crumble the feta with a fork and mix in all the other ingredients. Let it sit for at least 1 hour. It tastes delicious as a spread on bread, but also for dipping or grilling.
