Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1.3 kg apples
- 210 g sugar
- Cinnamon
- 1 jar fruits, mixed candied and dried
- 300 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 eggs
- Butter and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
The mixed fruits are a mixture of raisins and diced mixed fruits (orange peel, citron peel, candied cherries, and melon). Peel, core, and chop the apples, and place them in a bowl. Add the sugar, cinnamon, ground nuts, and the raisin and mixed fruit mixture to the apples, mix, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then add the eggs, flour, and baking powder to the apple mixture and mix until a dough forms. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C. It tastes especially good with cream.
