Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • some tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • Paprika powder
  • chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

First, place the cream cheese in a shallow bowl or deep plate. Crumble the feta cheese into the cream cheese. Finely chop the tomatoes and add them. Then, press the garlic and add it, along with the spices and olive oil to taste. Mix the ingredients with a fork and crush the remaining feta crumbs until a smooth cream forms. Alternatively, you can use a blender or hand blender, but this will make the cream very fine. It’s best to prepare it the day before or a few hours before serving so the cream can infuse nicely. Spread the cream on ciabatta or other bread – really delicious! Alternatively, you can use olives instead of tomatoes.
