Feta cream with Greek yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 500 g Greek yogurt, 10% fat
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly. Add the yogurt and garlic. I always grate the garlic with a fine grater, but you can also press it. Mix everything together and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. The dip is ready to eat immediately, but tastes better when left to stand. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
