Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g feta cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, squeezed or sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- chives
- Parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place 250g of feta cheese on each of two pieces of aluminum foil. Add the sliced tomatoes, crushed or sliced garlic, and scatter some fresh parsley and chives over the top. Drizzle each with a tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Close the aluminum foil and bake the parcels in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. In summer, these parcels can also be placed on the grill. They go well with flatbread or grilled meat.
