Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g feta cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, squeezed or sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • chives
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place 250g of feta cheese on each of two pieces of aluminum foil. Add the sliced ​​tomatoes, crushed or sliced ​​garlic, and scatter some fresh parsley and chives over the top. Drizzle each with a tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Close the aluminum foil and bake the parcels in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. In summer, these parcels can also be placed on the grill. They go well with flatbread or grilled meat.
