Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 slices of feta cheese
- 1 onion(s), red
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 3 peppers, pickled
- 80 g bacon cubes
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- 1 pinch(s) basil
- 2 tbsp chili oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Finely chop the garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and chili peppers, not too finely. In a bowl, combine the vegetables and bacon cubes. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and basil, and add the chili oil. Mix well. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Divide the mixture between two small baking dishes and bake for about 15 minutes. Halve the feta slices and add them to the baking dishes. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
