Feta Mince Tartlets with Tomato Salad

- 1 Bun old
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Pepper, paprika noble sweet
- 300 g Minced meat
- 150 g Feta
- 50 g Olives
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Spring onion
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Basil
- Butter for the sheet
- Remove the crust of the toast bread and roll it out thinly with the rolling pin. Line the padded hollows of a muffin tin with it.
- Soak the bun and squeeze it out.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Mix the rolls with the egg, mustard, minced meat and the spices. Fill the toast with it.
- Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Wash and clean tomatoes, chop them into small pieces. Cut the spring onions into rings and add the vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper. Withdraw the oil, drizzle the tomatoes and spring onions with the dressing. Put the tartlet on top and sprinkle everything with basil.
