Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Clove of garlic
- 1 Feta cheese
- 4 Discs Multi-Grain toasted bread
- Herbal mixture frozen Italian
- Sea salt from the mill
- Pepper from the grinder
- Lätta
- Grated cheese
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes & onions into small cubes! & in the bowl, then add the pressed garlic, the diced feta cheese, two teaspoons of herbs, salt & pepper! Mix everything together and the tomato salad is ready! 😉
- You can now eat it as it is or you can continue to use it! for this we need 4 slices of toast, which we smear nicely with lätta, then we cut each slice of toast into four parts & place them on a tray or grid with baking paper! now we cover all the pieces with the tomato salad & then put some grated cheese on it !!! Now it goes into the preheated oven, at 200 degrees, 10-15 min. !!! just delicious !!! good hunger while cooking! 😉
