Feta pan

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
  • 200 g tomatoes, peeled (can)
  • 50 ml sour cream or cream
  • ½ tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian, 5-minute pan

Dice the peppers and potatoes and fry in olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and chopped tomatoes and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes (until the potatoes are tender!). Mash the cheese with a fork or cut it into small cubes and add it. Finally, add the cream and let it reduce. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. If you like it spicy, add a little sambal oelek. Or you can add grated Gouda cheese at the end! I’ve made it many times, but I usually leave out the cream altogether. It tastes really good and has fewer calories.
