Fettuccine with various fish steaks and cheese cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (fettuccine with red, spicy peppers)
  • 250 g pasta (fettuccine with garlic and basil)
  • 1 pack of salmon steak(s) with 4 fish fillets each
  • 1 pack of steak(s) (tuna) 4 fish fillets each
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 125 g double cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 lemon(s), some juice
  • 0.33 pack of mixed herbs (8 herbs, frozen)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the fettuccine separately in two pots in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Serve on plates. Season the salmon steaks and fry them in a pan with hot oil. Season the tuna steaks and fry them in hot oil as well. Pour the sour cream and sour cream into the pan drippings. Drizzle in a little lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and a little curry powder. Then add the double cream cheese with herbs and stir to combine. This will thicken the sauce at the same time. Finally, stir in the eight herbs. Place the fish steaks on top of the pasta and pour the prepared sauce over the fish and pasta. Serve immediately. Note: All ingredients are available at Lidl.
