Horseradish Mince Steaks

The perfect horseradish mince steaks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Bun
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Oil
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 200 ml. Meatsoup
  • 100 g Horseradish
  1. Peel the onions finely and put half of the onions aside, add the other half to the minced meat.
  2. Soak the roll in water, squeeze it out and add to the minced meat with the egg, season everything with salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano and mustard, knead well and form 6 minced steaks, turn them in flour and place in a pan with hot oil from Fry each side for approx. 2 minutes and place in a baking dish.
  3. Grate the crispbread and brown it with the remaining flour in the pan with the butter, grate and add the horseradish, mix in the remaining onion and distribute everything over the steaks.
  4. Pour the stock into the pan, bring the mixture to the boil while stirring, add the sour cream, stir well and pour everything over the steaks.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and cover the minced meat for approx. 40 minutes.
  6. There were boiled potatoes and glazed carrots with it.
