Spaghetti Napoli with Olives

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pc. Red Onion
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,25 bunch Basil leaves
  • 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 10 Pc. Pickled olives, pitted
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 50 g Mountain cheese

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic. Chop both finely and sauté in a saucepan in hot olive oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook everything gently over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add a little salt, pepper, sugar and Season the vinegar to taste. Roughly chop the basil and cut the olives into slices and add to the sauce.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain and add to the sauce, cook briefly.
  • Arrange the spaghetti in deep plates, sprinkle with freshly grated mountain cheese and garnish with basil if you like. And serve.
