Spaghetti Napoli with Olives

  • 1 Pc. Onion red
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,25 bunch Basil leaves
  • 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 10 Pc. Pickled olives, pitted
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 50 g Mountain cheese
  1. Peel the onion and garlic. Chop both finely and sauté in a saucepan in hot olive oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook everything gently over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add a little salt, pepper, sugar and Season the vinegar to taste. Roughly chop the basil and cut the olives into slices and add to the sauce.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain and add to the sauce, cook briefly.
  3. Arrange the spaghetti in deep plates, sprinkle with freshly grated mountain cheese and garnish with basil if you like. And serve.
