Spaghetti Napoli with Olives
The perfect spaghetti napoli with olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Onion red
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,25 bunch Basil leaves
- 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar dark
- 10 Pc. Pickled olives, pitted
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 50 g Mountain cheese
- Peel the onion and garlic. Chop both finely and sauté in a saucepan in hot olive oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook everything gently over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add a little salt, pepper, sugar and Season the vinegar to taste. Roughly chop the basil and cut the olives into slices and add to the sauce.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain and add to the sauce, cook briefly.
- Arrange the spaghetti in deep plates, sprinkle with freshly grated mountain cheese and garnish with basil if you like. And serve.
