Figs with goat cheese and honey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 figs, fresh
  • 150 g goat cheese (soft goat cheese)
  • Pepper berries, pink, pink
  • 80 g pistachios, chopped
  • 4 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple, quick starter that looks great

Cut the figs crosswise from top to bottom and fold open the corners. Crumble the goat cheese on top. Place in a baking dish and bake briefly at 200°C until the cheese is slightly melted. Then place one fig on each plate, grind pink peppercorns over it, scatter the pistachios over the figs, and drizzle honey in a spiral pattern over the entire plate.
