Filled Mini Dumplings with Tomatoes and Basil

- 320 g Mini dumplings
- 80 g Dried tomatoes in oil
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes red
- 0,5 bunch Basil
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 g Finely grated mountain cheese
- Pepper from the grinder
- Prepare mini dumplings according to the instructions on the packet.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the dried tomatoes and basil into large pieces. Briefly fry the cherry tomatoes in olive oil, then add the dried tomatoes and fry briefly.
- Add mini dumplings, mountain cheese and basil, heat briefly, and serve sprinkled with mountain cheese and pepper.
