Filled Mini Dumplings with Tomatoes and Basil

The perfect filled mini dumplings with tomatoes and basil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 320 g Mini dumplings
  • 80 g Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes red
  • 0,5 bunch Basil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g Finely grated mountain cheese
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Prepare mini dumplings according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the dried tomatoes and basil into large pieces. Briefly fry the cherry tomatoes in olive oil, then add the dried tomatoes and fry briefly.
  3. Add mini dumplings, mountain cheese and basil, heat briefly, and serve sprinkled with mountain cheese and pepper.
