Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 pretzel sticks, frozen
- 1 bottle of ketchup
- 200g salami
- 8 slices of Gouda or Emmental cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the pretzel sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them thaw. Cut them lengthwise with a knife, but not all the way through, just halfway. Use two tablespoons to spread the pretzel sticks apart, creating a flat surface for topping. Squeeze a line of ketchup onto each surface. Cut the salami into small cubes and sprinkle over the top, then top with cheese. Bake as directed on the pretzel stick packaging. Enjoy warm or cold.
