Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork fillet(s)
- 1 jar Dijon mustard
- 25 slice(s) bacon
- 300 g blue cheese, crumbled
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 3 cups of cream
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Good for guests
Slice the fillet, spread with mustard, and wrap with bacon. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, whisk the cream with the cheese and season with pepper. Pour over the meat and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice and a fresh salad.
