Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pkt. puff pastry, already rolled out (42/26 cm)
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 500 g veal (veal roast)
  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • egg(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the ham on the puff pastry, leaving a 1 cm border free. Then spread the veal roast over the ham slices. Place the seasoned pork fillet on the front. Brush the pastry edge with egg and fold the top half over. Decorate as desired with a wheel or fork. Then, using small baking cutters, cut out three holes in the top and decorate them. Brush the rest of the dough with egg and bake at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes.
