Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 65 ml milk
  • 40 g cream
  • 25 g sugar
  • 30 ml water
  • 150 g chocolate coating, light or dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine milk, cream, sugar, and water and bring to a boil. Add the chocolate and heat. Let cool thoroughly and spread or pour over the cake.
