Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g beetroot
- 1 apple
- 1 pear(s)
- 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 dashes lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Honey
- possibly cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the beetroot thinly and grate it medium-finely. Wash the apple and grate it as well. Peel and dice the pear. Roast the almonds in a dry pan. Combine the cream, lemon, oil, and spices and mix everything together.
