  • 200 g Chavroux goat cheese
  • 2 Spring onion rod
  • 2 Tl Hot pepper paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 8 Discs Tramezzini bread slices
  1. Mix the goat cheese with the finely chopped onion leek and season with paprika paste, salt and pepper.
  2. Press the toast slices flat with a rolling pin, then cover 4 slices with the cheese and put the other slice on top. Let the oil get hot and fry the bread brown on both sides.
