The perfect finger food: pepper, salt and almonds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Almonds, with or without skin, depending on your preference
  • 1,5 tbsp Coarse sea salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet and hot peppers mixed
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Place the almonds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally. Then put in a bowl. Add the olive oil and stir so that all the almonds are finely coated with oil (use a little more oil if necessary).
  1. Finely crush the salt and paprika in a mortar. Add to the almonds and stir everything well. The almonds taste warm and cold.
