Fish Nuggets / Saithe Bites
The perfect fish nuggets / saithe bites recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Eggs
- 5 tbsp Flour
- 250 g Breadcrumbs
- 500 g Alaska pollock fillet
- Salt pepper
- Soy sauce
- Sunflower oil
- Whisk eggs, place flour, soy with salt / pepper and breadcrumbs separately in a shallow bowl.
- Wash the salmon, dab, remove any bones and cut into mouth-sized pieces. Season with the soy sauce.
- Turn the fish in flour, then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan. Fry fish bites until golden brown, then drain on kitchen paper.
- I served the fish bites with potato cubes and spinach pockets. Remoulade goes well with fish as a dip. > I also uploaded the recipe for the spinach bags!
