Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Salmon fillet
  • 250 g Coalfish
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 tbsp Dill chopped - frozen or fresh
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 Lemon zest
  • 0,5 Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • -
  • Breadcrumbs for breading
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Dice the fish and puree 2/3 of it. Dice the spring onions and chop the dill. Knead everything with the egg and breadcrumbs, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest. Shape meatballs, turn in breadcrumbs and fry all over in hot fat.
  • I served a potato and cucumber salad with it ..... potato and cucumber salad
