Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 large Stick of leek
  • 6 stems Marjoram fresh
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 150 g Cream, sour
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onions, cut the bell pepper into strips and the leek into rings.
  • Chop, turning constantly, fry until crumbly. Add the crushed garlic and onions. Then stir in the vegetables and tomato paste and let simmer.
  • Deglaze the minced meat with the broth and season with mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the cream and marjoram and heat briefly.
  • Side dishes according to taste, e.g. potatoes or baguette.
