Fish Platter

The perfect fish platter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Pc. Cod fillet
  • 5 Pc. Redfish fillet
  • 5 Pc. Sea bream fillet
  • 5 Pc. Fresh prawns
  • 5 Pc. Cooked ling fish
  • 5 Pc. Squid arms (octopus)
  • 1 Pc. Garlic clove peeled and bumped
  • 2 Pc. Chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 250 g Rice
  1. Clean the fish fillets, octopus and prawns (remove the intestines), wash, dab and rub with salt, pepper, paprika powder, lemon juice and garlic. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook rice for about 10 minutes with a pinch of salt.
  3. Fry the fish in oil and serve with rice and green salad.
