Fish Platter
The perfect fish platter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Pc. Cod fillet
- 5 Pc. Redfish fillet
- 5 Pc. Sea bream fillet
- 5 Pc. Fresh prawns
- 5 Pc. Cooked ling fish
- 5 Pc. Squid arms (octopus)
- 1 Pc. Garlic clove peeled and bumped
- 2 Pc. Chopped onions
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 250 g Rice
- Clean the fish fillets, octopus and prawns (remove the intestines), wash, dab and rub with salt, pepper, paprika powder, lemon juice and garlic. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Cook rice for about 10 minutes with a pinch of salt.
- Fry the fish in oil and serve with rice and green salad.
