Fish with zucchini and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 4 tomatoes
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • Flour
  • cream
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini and tomatoes and dice them. First, sauté the zucchini in a pan with a little oil. Once translucent, add the tomatoes and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Thicken the sauce slightly with flour, if desired. Add a little cream and season with herb salt. Season the fish fillets with lemon, pepper, and salt to taste and fry in the pan. Serve with rice. (Alternatively, this also makes a delicious sauce for spaghetti.)
