Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g bacon, streaky
  • 50 g crab
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • salt and pepper
  • chives
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the potatoes into 2-3 cm cubes and dice the bacon slightly smaller. Finely dice the onion and heat the clarified butter in a pan. Add the potatoes to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes. After about 7-8 minutes, add the bacon, followed by another 2-3 minutes of the onion. Finally, add the crab meat and season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs, add salt, and 2 teaspoons of chives. Add everything to the pan and cook over medium heat. Sprinkle with some parsley.
