Fishy seaweed spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of seaweed, dried or seaweed paper
  • Water for soaking
  • 4 tbsp margarine, vegan
  • 1 tbsp, stratified yeast extract
  • 1 tsp flour
  • some salt or smoked salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Soak the seaweed in water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, pour all other ingredients into a jar and stir well. Remove the seaweed from the water, chop it finely, add it to the jar, and stir well. Let it soak for a few hours, then spread it on bread or whole-grain bread.
