Fitness Bountey

The perfect fitness bountey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 25 g Coconut protein powder
  • 25 g Coconut flour
  • 10 g Desiccated coconut
  • 150 ML Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa heavily de-oiled
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Sweetness of your choice
  1. Work the first 4 ingredients into a mass. Gradually stir in the milk.
  2. Mix the cocoa with the melted coconut oil and sweeten as desired.
  3. Divide the mixture into even pieces and pour the chocolate over them. Decorate with a few desiccated coconut and put everything in the refrigerator until the bountey have hardened.
