Fitness Bountey
The perfect fitness bountey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 25 g Coconut protein powder
- 25 g Coconut flour
- 10 g Desiccated coconut
- 150 ML Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp Cocoa heavily de-oiled
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Sweetness of your choice
- Work the first 4 ingredients into a mass. Gradually stir in the milk.
- Mix the cocoa with the melted coconut oil and sweeten as desired.
- Divide the mixture into even pieces and pour the chocolate over them. Decorate with a few desiccated coconut and put everything in the refrigerator until the bountey have hardened.
