Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g white cabbage
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- 1 can pineapple
- 150 g peanuts, salted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Chop the cabbage and carrots in a food processor. Combine the sour cream, vinegar, and herb salt and mix with all the other ingredients. Prepare the salad a few hours before serving so it can marinate well.
