Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard (tarragon mustard)
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Curd spread with paprika

Place the quark in a mixing bowl. Wash the peppers and radishes. Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers. Then dice everything into small pieces. I use a mandoline slicer; it’s really quick. Slice into smaller strips with the slicer and then chop a little more with a knife. Add the chopped vegetables to the quark. Add the spices and press in the garlic. Blend thoroughly with a hand mixer. It will be pleasantly creamy, yet still be fat-free. A little vitamin bomb. Spread on whole-grain rolls or crispbread.
