Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 750 g water, lukewarm
- 75 ml oil
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 5 g caraway seeds

Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Then whisk again and place it on a greased roasting pan. Let it rise for another 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the sesame and caraway seeds on the flatbread. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Tips: You can also add diced ham, onions, or herbs to the dough. Placing a pan of water in the oven will make the bread taste even better.
