Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s), Turkish
- 200g salami
- 200 g ham
- 300 g cheese (Emmental), sliced
- butter
- Tomato paste
- Mushrooms or other pizza toppings (pineapple, seafood, etc.)
- possibly pizza seasoning

Cut the flatbread open, then cut it in half. Spread the flatbread pieces first with butter, then with tomato paste. Top the pizza with the desired toppings (salami, ham, mushrooms, etc.). Finally, sprinkle with cheese and season. Bake the pizza at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. When the cheese is melted and lightly browned, the pizza is ready. You can top the flatbread however you like. If you divide the flatbreads into 8 or 16 instead of just 4, it makes a great party snack.
