Flatbread with Minced Meat

The perfect flatbread with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 600 g Ground beef
  • 5 tbsp Soup greens (cut into small cubes
  • 4 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Cup Meatsoup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 6 Sch. Cheese (Gouda, Emmental etc.)
  • 1 Pc. Flatbread
  • Olive oil for frying
  1. Finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it. After a few minutes add the onion and the diced soup greens and fry with them. Stir in tomato paste and pour in the meat stock. Season with salt, pepper and the thyme. Simmer until the meat stock is soaked up.
  2. Divide the flatbread in the middle and cut the cheese into strips. Spread the minced meat mixture on the two halves of the bread and lay the cheese on top in a grid shape.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 5-10 minutes. A homemade tzatziki or something like that goes well with this.
