Flaxseed and sunflower bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 125 ml water, warm
  • 50 g rye flour
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ bag(s) of dry yeast
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

vegan

Combine the warm water with the yeast. Add the two types of flour, the oil, the sunflower seeds, the flaxseeds, and a pinch of salt, and knead thoroughly using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Knead the dough again and form a round loaf onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
