Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 150 g whole wheat flour
  • 125 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Briefly heat the soy milk in the microwave at 700 watts for about 30 seconds. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Sift in both flours. Add the oil and flaxseed. Using the dough hook of a hand mixer, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Form the dough into 8 rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with a little water and bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
